Katarzyna Lisiak conducts consultations and psychotherapy for adults and teenagers from the age of 15. She works therapeutically with people experiencing difficulties in the personal and professional sphere, going through life crises, suffering from anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders and personality disorders.
She graduated in Psychology at the Adam Mickiewicz University, as well as a two-year College of Sociotherapy and Psychotherapy of Youth and a four-year School of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, run by the Krakow Psychodynamic Center. She's a member of the Polish Society of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. In my work, I am guided by the Code of Ethics and Professional Psychology of the Polish Psychiatric Association and use regular supervision from certified supervisors.
In addition to the field of psychotherapy, she's professionally involved in conducting various psychological workshops. She also works with the elderly, offering psychological support, training aimed at improvement of their cognitive functions and workshops developing the ability to cope with stress.
